This Data Subject Request Form shall be used by Data Subjects to exercise their rights in accordance with relevant provisions of the Data Protection Law DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 (“the Law”) pertaining to the processing of their personal data by PMEL. Exercising your rights

 

Kindly note that:

 

  • We may request a proof of identity, or any further information prior to acceding to your request in order to ascertain your identity;

 

  • For any request, you are required to fill in all relevant fields in this form, and click submit;
